Industrial Bank to Raise $2.6 Billion From Share Sale (Update1) (Bloomberg)

Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) — Industrial Bank Co. , the Chinese lender backed by a unit of HSBC Holdings Plc, plans to raise 18 billion yuan ($2.6 billion) in a rights offer next year to ensure it has enough capital to meet increasing loan demand.
